If you withdraw, the merchant shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the merchant is informed of your decision. Reimbursement may be withheld until goods are received back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts (for example sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, personalized goods, or fully performed services with your prior express consent).
